Alex:      How and when did you first become interested in photography?

Steve:      I first became interested in photography when my mother used an old box camera to take a photograph. I was immediately hooked on the idea of capturing a moment in time forever, I was about 10 or 11 years old at the time, and I have never been without a camera since.

Alex:      Is there any artist/photographer who inspired your art?

​

Steve:      I love many of the old photographers, Cecil Beaton, Helmut Newton, Cartier-Bresson etc, but I also really like Mario Testino and Annie Leibovitz too.

Alex:       How would you describe your general style?

​

Steve:       My general style is erotic glamour, but I like to try and put a smile on the viewers face. I like fun and raunchy.

Alex:     What is it about nude photography that interests you the most?

 

Steve:     I love the shapes and angles you can find when photographing nudes, the human body is an amazing thing and can be so beautiful when looked at from different perspectives

Alex:     What future plans do you have?

​

Steve:   I expect I will carry on shooting what I do now, but I am moving slowly across to more portraiture, and much less studio work.
